Day 1 — Prayer Foundation
1. Start Weekly Attendance Prayer Team
Create a small committed prayer team focused specifically on church growth. Meet weekly to pray for souls, visitors, community openness, and spiritual revival. Consistent organized prayer builds spiritual momentum that naturally attracts people to the church.
2. Pray for First-Time Visitors Daily
Encourage leaders and workers to pray daily for everyone who visits the church for the first time. Ask God to touch their hearts, remove barriers, and give them reasons to return. Prayer prepares their hearts for lasting connection.
3. Intercede for Inactive Members
Set aside regular prayer moments to mention members who have stopped attending services. Pray for restoration, healing, renewed hunger for God, and divine circumstances that reconnect them with the church family and fellowship community.
