Every pastor has a ministry and ministry provides for the physical and financial needs of a minister.
Over the years I have come across Pastors, with different level of gifts and skills. Many have gone to learn how to upgrade their skills to meet their family while others have not.
In this class we shall be exposed once more to these ideas of how to use their ministry to impact the lives of all those around them and to better their family.
All of this people are called managers.
