*How to organise a Mini Concert of 100 people in attendance*
*Pick a Venue where it will be convenient for those that will be in attendance to easily converge.
The direction to the venue must be easy enough to understand.
*Plan your advertising whether you are using all or some of these methods like Posters, Banners, Social Media, Word of Mouth targeting audience from around the venue locality and its environs.
*Tickets
* should have been available before the date of the concerts in designated shops and outlets around the locality of your concert venue.
*Plan the stage and Equipments. If the venue has a stage, then it's simple.
But if you're using an open field, then you need to assemble a stage where the instruments will be placed.
* Consider your source of power supply for the Amplifiers, PA systems, Woofers/Soeakers, e.t.c.
An electric generator may be handy for outdoor concert.
You also need Sound Bye laws depending on your locality,
*Volunteers to help in ticket sales,
*Merchandise Stand
* Lighting and
*Other Invited Bands or Musicians
